Camping Cookware
We somehow lost my camping cookware on the trip from home to the camp site. I know I packed it. It was in the pile to be loaded into the truck. I saw it there. When we unloaded the truck there was no camping cookware to be seen. I know we did not leave it behind, I always check to make sure nothing is forgotten. I just don’t know what happened to it.
Tonight it is hotdogs on sticks. Tomorrow we go shopping. It is a good thing I pack the plates and utensils’ in a different storage bag. I am only missing the things I need to actually cook, the pots and pans and coffee maker. I am glad we are not that far from a town. We can go have a nice breakfast at the local family dinner and then pick up some new camping cookware. At least it is not a wasted trip. I needed to go into town tomorrow anyway to pick up ice and food for the week. I figure I will get back from my shopping just in time to have the pots and pans show up again. I love camping.
